Most people tend to reach for the Bourbon and Eggnog during the holidays, but Gin, with its botanical and piney spices is perfect for pulling out for the holidays! Here are five festive Gin cocktails that pair perfectly with hor d'oeuvres, dinner parties, and celebrations!

Holiday Gin Spiced Punch

Get your punch bowl out! Herbaceous Gin, chai tea spices, citrus and rosemary come together for the perfect punch for any holiday get-together.

Ingredients:

·      10 ounces Pimms No. 1

·      10 ounces Saint Lawrence Spirits Anchored American Gin

·      48 ounces of your favorite Ginger Ale

·      8 ounces brewed and cooled Chai Tea

·      12 ounces Orange Juice

·      2 Tbsp. Lemon Juice

·      Cloves

·      Anise

·      Lemon and Orange Slices

·      1 Bag of Frozen Cranberries

·      Rosemary Sprigs

·      Ice as Needed

1.     In a clean punch bowl, combine all liquid ingredients.

2.     Stick cloves into lemon and orange slices.

3.     Add spiked oranges, lemons, cranberries, anise, and ice into the punch.

4.     Garnish with Rosemary Sprigs.

5.     Pour into Glasses and Enjoy!

Holiday Gin Punch

Cranberry Gin Cocktail

This cocktail is the perfect blend of sweet and tart and is the perfect drink for any holiday affair.

Ingredients:

·      1 ½ ounces Saint Lawrence Spirits New York Dry Gin

·      ¾ ounce Rich Simple Syrup (2 parts sugar, 1 part water)

·      ½ ounce Fresh-Squeezed Lemon Juice

·      Crushed Ice

·      7 Cranberries (Separated)

·      Confectioner’s Sugar (for dusting)

·      Mint Sprig for Garnish

1.     In a cocktail shaker, combine gin, rich simple syrup, lemon juice, and 2-3 pieces of ice. Shake vigorously. Pour ½ of the mixture into a rocks glass.

2.     Add 4 cranberries into your glass and muddle well.

3.     Fill your glass with crushed ice and add remaining cocktail into the glass.

4.     Top with crushed ice, and garnish with 3 cranberries and mint sprig. Dust with confectioner’s sugar. Cheers!

·      2 ounces Saint Lawrence Spirits Penet Square Terroir Gin

·      ½ ounce Real Maple Syrup

·      Tonic Water

·      Maple Sugar Candy

·      Ice

1.     Fill glass with ice and pour liquid ingredients on top. Stir gently.

2.     Garnish with your maple sugar candy.

3.     Enjoy!

French 75 Martini

French 75 Martini

The French 75 is a classic, bubbly cocktail bursting with bright flavors of citrus and gin. It’s an excellent drink for celebrating the holiday season!

Ingredients:

·      1 ½ ounces Saint Lawrence Spirits Anchored American Gin

·      ¾ ounce Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice

·      ¾ ounce Simple Syrup

·      2-3 ounces Champagne or Sparkling Wine (to top off the glass)

·      Lemon Peel for garnish.

1.     Pour Gin, lemon juice, and simple syrup in a shaker full of ice. Shake until well chilled—about 20 seconds.

2.     Strain into a Champagne flute and top with Champagne or sparkling wine.

3.     Garnish with a lemon peel twist and enjoy!

·      ¾ ounce Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice

·      ½ ounce Maraschino Liquor

·      Dash of Orange Bitters

·      Maraschino Cherry

1.     Combine Gin, lemon juice, liquor and bitters into a shaker full of ice.

2.     Shake until well combined and chilled. Pour into martini glass and place cherry inside.
