Specialty Vodka Cocktails

Riverside Rosemary Mule

  • 2oz Vodka

  • 2oz Grapefruit Juice 

  • .5 oz Fresh Lime Juice

  • 3 oz Ginger Beer

  • Garnish with Fresh Rosemary

Instructions: Fill mug with ice and all ingredients. Stir and garnish with rosemary.


Lucky Mule

  • 1 oz Vodka

  • 1 oz Elderflower Liqueur

  • 4 oz Ginger Beer

  • 4 Slices of Cucumber

  • 4-6 Mint Leaves

  • Garnish with Cucumber Slice

Instructions: Gently muddle cucumber and mint in the bottom of a mug. Add ice, vodka, elderflower and ginger beer and stir. Garnish with cucumber slice.


White Cap

Instructions: Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice. Shake for 30 seconds and strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with ground cinnamon.
