Saint Lawrence Sazerac

  • 2 oz Rye Knot Rye Whiskey

  • .5 oz La Fee Rouge Absinthe

  • .5 oz Simple Syrup

  • 3 Dashes of Peychaud’s Bitters

  • Garnish with Lemon Peel

Instructions: Chill a rocks glass and add all ingredients to mixing tin with ice. Stir for 30 seconds and strain into a chilled rocks glass. Garnish with a lemon peel.


Rye & Rol

Instructions: Add rye and Aperol to a highball glass filled with ice. Top with club soda and garnish with an orange wheel.



Campfire Sling

  • 2 oz Rye Knot Rye Whiskey

  • .25 oz Pure Maple Syrup

  • 3 dashes of Chocolate Bitters

  • Garnish with Orange Peel

  1. Instructions: Add rye whiskey, maple syrup and chocolate bitters to a shaker with ice. Stir for 30 seconds and strain into an old fashioned glass with a large ice cube. Garnish with orange peel.
