Saint Lawrence Sazerac
- 2 oz Rye Knot Rye Whiskey 
- .5 oz La Fee Rouge Absinthe 
- .5 oz Simple Syrup 
- 3 Dashes of Peychaud’s Bitters 
- Garnish with Lemon Peel 
Instructions: Chill a rocks glass and add all ingredients to mixing tin with ice. Stir for 30 seconds and strain into a chilled rocks glass. Garnish with a lemon peel.
Rye & Rol
- 1.5 oz Rye Knot Rye Whiskey 
- 1.5 oz Aperol 
- Club Soda 
- Garnish with Orange Wheel 
Instructions: Add rye and Aperol to a highball glass filled with ice. Top with club soda and garnish with an orange wheel.
Campfire Sling
- 2 oz Rye Knot Rye Whiskey 
- .25 oz Pure Maple Syrup 
- 3 dashes of Chocolate Bitters 
- Garnish with Orange Peel 
- Instructions: Add rye whiskey, maple syrup and chocolate bitters to a shaker with ice. Stir for 30 seconds and strain into an old fashioned glass with a large ice cube. Garnish with orange peel.
