1.5 oz Penet Square Gin
.75 oz Elderflower Liqueur
.5 oz Fresh Lime Juice
Garnish with Lime Slice

Instructions: Chill a martini glass. Add gin, elderflower and lime juice to a shaker with ice. Shake for 30 seconds and strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with a lime slice.

.5 oz Maple Syrup
Tonic Water
Garnish with Maple Candy

Instructions: Pour all ingredients over ice and stir. Garnish with your favorite maple candy.
