.5 oz Rouge Absinthe
.5 oz Simple Syrup
3 Dashes of Peychaud’s Bitters

1 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
1 oz Simple Syrup
Soda Water
Garnish with Lemon Peel
Add all ingredients to a Collins glass with ice and gently stir to combine. Garnish with a lemon peel.

1 oz Rouge Absinthe
1 oz Verte Absinthe
.5 oz Pure Maple Syrup
Garnish with Cucumber Slice
Instructions: Chill a martini glass. Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice and shake for 30 seconds. Strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with a cucumber slice.
