Kentucky Collins

  • 1.5 oz Kentucky Son Bourbon

  • .5 oz Fresh Lemon Juice

  • .5 oz Simple Syrup

  • 2 dashes Bitters

  • Soda Water

  • Garnish with Lemon Twist

Instructions: Add all ingredients to Collins glass with ice and stir. Garnish with a lemon twist.

Manhattan, KY

  • 2 oz Kentucky Son Bourbon

  • 1 oz Sweet Vermouth 

  • 2 dashes of Angostura Bitters

  • 2 dashes of Orange Bitters

  • Garnish with Brandied Cherry

Instructions: Chill a coupe glass. Add all ingredients to a mixing tin with ice and stir for 30 seconds. Strain into a chilled coupe glass and garnish with a brandied cherry.



Hot Cider Spritz

  • 1.5 oz Kentucky Son Bourbon

  • .5 oz Aperol

  • .5 oz Lemon Juice 

  • 3 oz Dry Hard Cider

  • Club Soda to fill

  • Garnish with Apple Slices

Instructions: Add all ingredients to a rocks glass with ice. Gently stir to combine and garnish with apple slices.
