The White Cap Empire Cream Cocktail

  • 2 oz Empire Cream

  • 1 oz Saint Lawrence Spirits Vodka

  • 1 oz Kahlua

  • Garnish with Ground Cinnamon

Instructions: Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice. Shake for 30 seconds and strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with ground cinnamon.

  • 1.5 oz Empire Cream

  • .5 oz Peppermint Schnapps 

  • Hot Chocolate

  • Garnish with Whipped Cream and Shaved Chocolate

Instructions: Add empire cream and peppermint schnapps to a mug and top with hot chocolate. Garnish with whipped cream and shaved chocolate or your favorite hot chocolate garnish.
