Instructions: Add gin, simple syrup and lemon juice to a shaker with ice. Shake for 30 seconds and strain into a champagne flute. Top with prosecco and garnish with a lemon twist.

Garnish with 2-3 Olives
Instructions: Chill a martini glass. Add gin, dry vermouth and olive brine to a shaker with ice. Shake for 30 seconds and strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with olives.
