Ginger Ale

Lime

Pour Whiskey Over Ice in Low Ball Glass. Top with your favorite Ginger Ale. Garnish with Lime & Enjoy.

2 oz. Empire Cream

1 oz. Kahlua

1 oz. Vodka

Cinnamon

Shake all ingredients in mixing tin. Strain over an iced martini glass & enjoy.

River Monster

1 oz. Saint Lawrence Spirits Verte Absinthe

1 oz. Simple Syrup

1oz. Lime Juice

Water

Stir ingredients over ice in double old fashioned glass. Top with Water. Garnish with Cucumber Slices.

Bourbon Manhattan

2 oz. Kentucky Son Bourbon

1 oz. Sweet Vermouth

2 Dashes Angustora Bitters

Stir All Ingredients in Mixing Tin. Strain into Chilled Glass. Garnish with Cherry. Enjoy.

French 75

1 oz. Barreled Downbound Gin

.5 oz. Simple Syrup

1/2 Lemon, Juiced

Prosecco

Shake Gin, Simple Syrup, and Lemon Juice with ice. Strain into glass with and top with Prosecco. Garnish with Lemon Peel.

Rye Old Fashioned

2 oz. Rye Knot Whiskey

1/2 Orange Wheel

1 Cherry

1/4 oz. Simple Syrup

Splash of Club Soda

Muddle Orange and Cherry in Rocks Glass. Add Whiskey, Simple Syrup, and Club Soda. Stir & Enjoy.

Moonshine Margarita

1.5 oz. Admiral’s Albatross

3/4 oz. Limoncello

3/4 oz. Simple Syrup

3/4 oz. Lime Juice

Splash of Club Soda

Shake all ingredients with Ice. Rim Glass with Sugar. Strain into glass and serve.

Shipwrecked Mule

1,5 oz Captain’s Flask Bourbon

.5 oz. Lime Juice

Riverside Rosemary Mule

2 oz Saint Lawrence Spirits VODKA

2 oz Grapefruit Juice

0.5 oz Fresh Lime Juice

3 oz Ginger Beer

1 Sprig Fresh Rosemary

Sliced Grapefruit Optional
